CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to forfeit deposit amount of $25. A 15-minute grace period is provided for appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may be subject to the applicable cancellation/no-show policy.
